Assessments
Would you like your team to be MORE EFFECTIVE?
Is PRODUCTIVITY something you want more of?
Would you like more awareness of your STRENGTHS and the STRENGTHS of your team?
Does your team need to know how to COMMUNICATE better?
If you answered YES to any of these questions, you might want to consider having your team take the following assessment: DISC, PIAV and Strength Finders 2.0.
These assessments will help each person to get clarity on BEHAVIORS, VALUES and STRENGTHS. This kind of awareness from these assessments can be crucial in determining the FUNCTIONALITY OF A TEAM and can also be effective in utilization of everyone’s STRENGTHS FOR MORE PRODUCTIVITY.
The DISC assessment tool
DISC stands for Dominance/Influence/Steadiness/Compliance.
DISC gives each person the opportunity to look inside themselves and discover their behavioral strengths and “shadow” behaviors (blind spots); they also get to see how their behaviors impact their ability to communicate with and lead others effectively and they will learn how to adapt their behaviors to maximize their interactions with others.
After taking the DISC, STYLE PREFERENCES will be shared for each behavioral style for:
- ideal environment
- communicating
- motivating
- managing
- shadow behaviors/blind spots
The PIAV assessment tool
PIAV stands for Personal Interests, Attitudes, and Values
PIAV will provide insights on each person’s DRIVING VALUES, SITUATIONAL VALUES and INDIFFERENT VALUES. Information will be provided on: communication strategies for each value; non-verbal cues for each value; natural career fits and activities for each value.
The six driving values will be covered in detail and you will learn how to identify other people’s values and attitudes. You will learn the ‘art’ of successfully working with people whose values differ. You will also learn how the PIAV report can help to design effective teams and how this unique assessment tool can be a powerful part of your “screening and hiring” process.
Strength Finders 2.0
This assessment is loaded with strategies for applying each person’s strengths.
In a Gallup pole, studies indicate that people who do have the opportunity to focus on their strengths every day are six times as likely to be engaged in their jobs and more than three times as likely to report having an excellent qualify of life in general.”
Each assessment includes a 1 on 1 debrief of the tool. Please contact Linda if you are interested in scheduling these assessment tools for you or your company.
Linda is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA) and a Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA). This signifies that she has achieved the highest level of professional excellence in the use of the DISC and the PIAV assesment instruments.
